Aunt Georgie was a great inspiration to us all. She was one of the wisest, strongest women I ever knew. I was so blessed to have her in my life, and will miss her. We should all take comfort though in knowing that she has completed her journey to a better place with her savior.

Dear Shelton and Jordan families, We were so sorry to hear about Sis. Meyer's passing. It was our privilege and blessing to get to know her personally when she visited us at church. Her life and service to our Lord Jesus Christ will be an eternal blessing to all of us. "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort on another with these words." I Thessalonians, 4: 16-18

Wanda: I don't know if you remember me from Leverett's Chapel, but I remember that we were friends at one time. You had a sweet personality, and I remember you were so much fun to be around. Please accept my sincere condolences regarding the loss of your Mother. I don't remember her but after reading about her life, I can tell she was a very special christian lady, mother, and friend. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. It's always hard to lose a parent--even though you know you will meet again someday. It's the hugs and smiles and talks on the phone that we miss when they're gone. I'm praying that our Lord will give you strength through the coming days and months as you remember all the good times you shared with her. I'm glad to know that you are still in the local area, and I would love to see you again. I was sorry to see that Clifford had passed away. You two were the ones I remembered most in your family, and you both were my friends. Love you, Wanda... Diane
