I remember Melvin from high school in Lovington. He used to give me and my brother a ride to school occasionally in his red and white Ford, a 1957 model I recall. He was a good guy. I didn't know he ended up living in East Texas as I do now. We all had a great time being teenagers in the '60s in that little town of Lovington NM. I'm sorry for your loss.
