Lisa, I never got to meet your mom, but throughout our long friendship and the hours we have shared discussing both of our moms, I feel like I did get to know her just a little. You can be proud of the love, care and dignity and respect you gave to her through your constant and dedicated care when she needed you the most. She is now resting in peace, and her struggle is over. Live in peace now knowing that you did everything possible to keep her comfortable and consoled during her sickness.
