Jane and Wayne's family. I just saw where Wayne went to be with his Lord, yesterday. I know you will all grieve for his loss to you, but He is in Jesus' presence and you will join him on that day.
I worked with Wayne when he was CEA in Huntsville and other places in Extension and always admired his organization and true caring for those he served. I will be praying for you comfort.

So very sorry to learn of Wayne's passing. I learned about it late. Although we had not seen much of each other lately we saw a lot of one another when we were both active in the Military. I always considered the "Arp Aggie" to be a good friend. My condolences to you and your family.

Mr. Lacy had a huge impact on my life as my 4-H leader and County Agent in Huntsville. He was always very encouraging and his influence on me made me want to make a a difference in young people's lives, like he made in mine. With my 24 years in education as an Agriscience Teacher and a Principal, Mr. Lacy's impact is still being felt and will be felt for generations.
We know where he is and we know Jesus Christ payed for Wayne's spot in Heaven, but all those jewels on Mr. Lacy's crown were of his doing.

Mr. Wayne's exuberance to participate in our Annual Christmas Parade with the antique tractors was always so appreciated. There will be a definite void this year, but I'm sure Heaven will be rejoicing at his arrival. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Dwyane idolized Logan Wayne during his growing up years. in fact, he always had fond memories of him. and after meeting him I could certainly see why he admired him. He was a genuine, caring humble person who had many honors and degrees and served his family, church and community quietly and continuously. I can see now why Dwyane patterned so many things in his life after his beloved Lacy cousin. The Allen Dwyane Collins Family truly loved Logan Wayne Lacy and his wonderful family.

I am really sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. He was a great friend and a blessing to all that knew him. A kinder spirit I have never known. I loved working with Wayne when he was a County Agent here in Walker County. He always reminded me so much of my grandfather in terms of his demeanor, soft spoken, but full of knowledge and wisdom. My deepest condolences to Jane and the family.

Logan Wayne was an honorable and humble man who quietly and unassumedly did whatever seemed right to support family, community, and nation. He was a perfect representative of the values that are inherent in the Lacy Family name. We extended Lacy descendants who knew him will miss him profoundly. A touchstone, a reminder of our deepest values, is now absent, and we will no longer experience them with the special, wonderful expression and nuance that came through seeing them in Logan Wayne. A good man has passed from us, and it makes us so sad.
