Billy Joe, Tammy and Pamela, Please accept my deep condolences on the loss of your wonderful wife and mother. She was one of the sweetest souls that I have ever known. It was my sincere privilege to be Ruby and Billy Joe's physician for many years in Tyler. I imagine her loss is all the more difficult given the recent loss of Ricky Joe. As Christians we rest in the absolute assurance that 'to die is gain'. It might not make her loss any less painful for those left behind but it is a temporary parting. She touched many lives and I wanted you to know that mine was one of them. One day we will live together in perfected bodies on a new earth thanks to our wonderful Savior. May the peace of Almighty God give you strength and the peace that passeth all understanding especially during these difficult days. Kevin May
