I first met Joe at Brown & Root in 1970. Joe was a manager who was always dependable and punctual. He was always available to help others.

Linda and family, We were so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Although we haven't seen him in many years, we have very fond memories of growing up as neighbors of the Chevalier family in rural Buckholts. Just a quick walk across the pasture to each other's houses. Linda, we met you at one of the reunions at Buckholts, if you can remember the one who also worked for TDHS. Also we regret that we were unable to attend the service but James is recovering from knee replacement surgery and is not making long trips yet. We will keep you and all of your family in our prayers.

I worked with Joe at Brown & Root in Longview and out of the Eastman and Lone Star plants in the 70's and early 80's. He was a knowledgeable and great man. I am sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. May God be with you during this difficult time.

I worked for Joe when he and I were with Brown & Root in the 70's into the late 80's. He was a great boss and, more than anything, a great fellow. Am sad to hear of his passing and my thoughts will be with his family. God bless you Joe.
