Obituary of Beverly Hills

Services for Beverly Gail Hills, 62, Troup, will be held at a later date.  Mrs. Hills died Friday, May 6, 2011, in a Henderson hospital. She was born March 8, 1949, in Danville, Illinois to the late Charles and Betty Lou Doggett Doughten. She had been a resident of Troup for the past 20 years. She married Bill Hills, March 24, 1967, in Martinsville, Illinois. Mrs. Hills was a member of the Church of Christ in Mt. Selman. She was a loving Mother and Wife and loved her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, William Charles Hills and a brother, Charles Doughten. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, William Dean 'Bill' Hills, Troup; two daughters, Christy Keel, Rowlett and Melissa Simmons, Troup; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
