Obituary of Dwight Ritch

Services for Dwight Atwell Ritch, 19, Overton, are scheduled for 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 8, at the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home chapel, Overton with the Reverends Atwell Hankins and Dwight Dozier officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, near New London. Mr. Ritch died Saturday, August 5, at his residence. He was born January 30, 1987 to Lewis Vestal And Audrey Darlene Vangorder Vestal. He was a lifetime resident of the Overton area. He attended West Rusk, Overton and Arp Schools and was a member of the First Assembly of God, Overton. He was expecting a child in February. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Vestal, July 1, 1998 and his grandmother, Nola J. Parnell, February 18, 2006. Survivors include his mother, Audrey Ritch,Overton; three brothers, Roy Wayne Vestal and Billy Birss, both of Henderson, and Walter Aaron Ritch, Wright City; a sister, Andrea Darlene Ritch, Troup; a niece, Dakota Danielle Burks; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday, August 7.
