I knew Bro. Davis for over 50 years he and I were good firends. I respected him as a person and as a man of God preaching the gospel of Jesus....I know of no man who had my respect more than Bro. Davis...He and I pastored in the same area when he was pastor at Mt.Bethel and had many good times together. God bless his good wife, Francis, at this time my prayers are with her that God will sustain and strengthen her. I shall look forward to meeting my friend Bro. Davis in protals of glory one day.

I will always remember my Uncle Harold as a warm hearted, wiity, good humored and loving man. One hears in movies and books about "soul mates"; that it what I felt Uncle Harold and Aunt Francis were. I believe he inspired goodness and a peacefulness in those who knew him. Heaven is surely a better place with him there.

We were so sorry to hear of Harold's passing. He meant so much to our family and gave us wonderful support over the years. The Sunday lunches at our house were made special by your presence. I still read the Bible that you all gave me for high school gradution in 1953.His message to me read as follows: Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy. It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. Read it slowly, frequently, and prayerfully. What an inspiration he was in my life. Francis you are in our prayers. Our love, Betty and Kelton Ferguson
