Obituary of Rosalie Haley
Graveside services for Rosalie Haley, 70, Kilgore will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at Rusk County Memorial Gardens near Henderson with Reverend Mike Waddle officiating under direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
Mrs. Haley died Friday, May 11, 2007 in a Longview hospital. She was born November 28, 1936 in Henderson to the late John Elwood and Nannie Dee Baton Wilson. She lived most all her life in Kilgore. She was a homemaker and in her younger years, she was in the Civil Air Patrol.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Haley in 1993. She was also preceded by a son, Cidney Haley and a brother, Mack Elwood Wilson.
Survivors include five sons and daughters-in-law, Hugh and Karen Haley, Flint; Joseph Haley, Tyler; Lee and Miranda Haley, Kilgore; George Haley, Kilgore; and Andy Haley of Kilgore; two daughters and sons-in-law, Terrie and Kenny Barkhimer; Kilgore; and Kerri and Charlie Moore of Kilgore; three sisters, Linda Burns, Kilgore; Patricia Decker, Longview; Martha Anderson, Lake Cherokee, seventeen grandchildren, Paula Haley, Dana Haley, Charles Haley, Bonnie Henry, Billy Joe Haley, Kristi Haley, Emily Gordon, Dakoda Haley, Christian Norris, Jacob Haley, Isaac Haley, Lexus Haley, Jesse Barkhimer, James Barkhimer, Kenny Barkhimer, Jr., Samantha Haley Moore, and Steven Moore, four great-grandchildren, Brooke Henry, Jenna Henry, Josi Barkhimer, and Matthew Gordon.
