I still miss you so much. The holidays make it worse. I miss cooking every year for our family. It seems like it all went so fast like air. I went into a BBQ place a few months ago and had to leave because I was crying. the smell reminded me of home when you would smoke out on the grill. I really really really miss you right now. I miss home. I love you.

Troy was a friend every time id see him he would always have a joke to tell. Then we became e-mail buds and again just about every e-mail there would be a joke . I know he's gonna be singing upstairs. My prayers are with his family and Blake . Walter Ellis

Troy was one of the few people that you could count on in your life. I mean, really count on when no one else would even look your way. He had a never ending supply of love and loyalty. I will miss him here on this earth but knowing he is in a place where he will get the love back that he gave so willingly eases the grief.

Having spent all our childhood together at Salem and Troup, Troy was a long time friend. We had a nice visit at our THS 50th class reunion last May. My sincere sympathy to all the Sampson family for your loss.
