Obituary of Virginia Warren
Services for Virginia Mae Warren, 88, Overton, will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, in the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home chapel with Bishopric 1st. Counselor Jerry White officiating. Burial will be in Rusk County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Warren died Sunday, December 26, 2010 at her residence. She was born April 13, 1922 in Great Falls, Montana and moved to Overton 45 years ago from Arizona. She was a licensed real estate agent and a bookkeeper for her husbands many business's. She was active in the Republican Party in Rusk County. She played the piano and violin and was an avid gardner and reader. She had been a volunteer for the Kilgore Hospital and was a member of the Henderson Church of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Lee Warren in 1998.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Irina Warren, Overton; a daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Tom Fairbank, Layton, Utah; eleven grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Chris Fairbank, Matt Fairbank, Dima Chudinov, Bill Lanius, Ken White, and Charles Kennard.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Wednesday, December 29.
