Obituary of Janie Inez Hamilon

Services for Janie Inez Hamilton, 70, Arp, are scheduled for 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 27, in the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home chapel, Overton, with Reverend Bill Riley officiating. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery, near Wright City. Mrs. Hamilton died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in a Tyler hospital. She was born in Jacksonville, May 19, 1942 to the late Johnnie Edward and Mildred Lee Burnett Moore. She married Donald Rogers Hamilton in Arp on March 20, 1964. She was employed as a secretary for the Trishmar Corporation, Wright City. Besides her parents, Inez was preceded in death by an infant son, Steven Craig Hamilton, a brother, Cullen Moore, and a sister, Dorothy May Warren. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Donald Rogers Hamilton, Sr., Arp; a son, Donald Rogers, Hamilton, Jr., Longview; a daughter and son-in-law, Lana Carol and Billy Oliver, Arp; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Lewis Ray and Linda Moore, Tyler, and James Edward Moore, Arp; a sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Steve Owens, Cleveland; grandchildren, Brandon Oliver, Angelina Prior, and William James 'Bubba' Oliver; great-grandchildren, Alexis Oliver, Ava Oliver, William Seth Oliver, II, Ronny James Prior, Lana Nicole Prior, and Bentley Oliver. Pallbearers will be Brad Brown, Ronnie Durett, Dwayne Rogers, Ken Gillispie, Clay Minor, and Kim Minor.  Honorary pallbearers will be the Employees of Embassy Well Services. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, April 26.
