Obituary of Glenn Hornbuckle
Services for Glenn K. Hornbuckle, 81, Henderson, will be at 3:00 pm, Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel, Overton with Reverend Lee Bryan officiating.
Private burial will be in the Overton City Cemetery under direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home, Overton.
Mr. Hornbuckle died Thursday, January 3, 2013, in a Henderson hospital. He was born March 10, 1931, in Nacogdoches to the late Cecil and Ella Knight Hornbuckle. He is a veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean War. He retired from LaGloria and he was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Francis Good Edison Hornbuckle, Henderson; a son and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Juliandra Gentry, New London; a daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Mike King, Brentwood, Tennessee; a sister, Joyce Bruns, Radford, Virginia; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Patsy Pugh, Henderson, John and Sandy Good, Alto and Jean and Bessie Good, Corpus Christi; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Paul Pachowicz, Caputa, South Dakota; nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren; eight nieces and eleven nephews.
