Obituary of David Wayne Sanders

Services for David Wayne Sanders, 61, Overton, are scheduled for 2pm, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Johnny Wright officiating. Burial will be in the Rusk County Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Sanders passed away, Thursday, May 2, 2019 at his place of employment in New London. He was born December 13, 1957 in Henderson to the late Jasper O. Sanders and Sue Lynn Richards. He lived in this area for 61 years. He was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Kilgore.  He was a manager at Top Cat Saltwater Disposal and in his spare time he enjoyed wood working. He loved his family and his church family deeply but the greatest love of his life was Jesus Christ.

Survivors include his fiancé, Patricia Jo Hayden of Longview; brothers, Byron Johnson of Overton, Lester Dale Johnson of Ft. Worth and Ralph Norris Johnson of Overton.
