Mrs. Mullens passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019, at her residence in Tyler. She was born December 28, 1956, in Lamar County, Texas to J.L. Barnett and Betty Joyce Smith Barnett.
Survivors include her husband, Anthony Mullens of Tyler; son, Tony Ray Mullens and brother, Joe Dean Barnett of Paris, Texas.
