Obituary of Bobby Earl Agnew

Graveside services for Bobby Agnew, 85, of Troup, will be held 10am Friday, July 27, 2018 at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Whitehouse, TX 75791 with the Reverend Bill Clem officiating, under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Bobby passed away on July 25, 2018. He was born March 25, 1933 in Gandy Mountain, Smith County, TX to Roland Joseph Agnew and Clero Gandy Agnew. Bobby worked at Tyler Pipe for 27 years and was a co-owner of Agnew Motor Co with his wife Inell, for 35 years. He was a volunteer fireman for many years and had a passion and love for horses, He was also a horse trainer, a rancher, and a wonderful husband.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Inell Agnew; daughter, Trina Lynn Davis; son, David and his wife Karen Agnew; sisters, Beatrice Roland Steel and Margaret Mulligan.

Survivors include his daughter, Brenda and her husband Kenny Walters of Troup; family friend, Juan Rodrigues of Troup; grandchildren, Bob and his wife Melissa Walters of Henderson, Jennifer and her husband Robert Stinehour of Burnet, Ashley and her husband Steve Frye of Troup; and his dog, Lilly; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends;

Visitation will be at Cottle Funeral Home in Troup 6pm-8pm on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
