Obituary of Norma Jean Calley
Funeral services for Norma Calley 67, of Troup, will be held 10am Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Cottle Funeral Home 105 E. Bradford Street, Troup, TX, 75789 with Reverend Rohn Boone officiating with interment to be at Pinecrest Cemetery. Under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
Norma passed away on December 1, 2017. She was born November 19 in Houston, Texas to William Deshayes and Essie Banks Deshayes. Norma was a great health care provider for her Alzheimer patients and she enjoyed making people laugh. Norma loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and other family members.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, Joe W. Calley, Sr.
Survivors include her daughters Theressa Tomlin of Tyler, and Donna Calley of Jacksonville; son, Joe W. Calley, Jr. and Wife Teresa of Porter; brothers, Pete Deshaye and wife Jannet of Porter, Ricky Deshayes and wife Donna of Houston; sisters, Rita Manzella and husband Jack of Conroe, Brenda Ontiveros and husband Charles of Porter; grandchildren Courtney Mayo, Chealsey Lyon, Caitlin Womack, Amber Rice, Callie Rice, Justin Calley, Sabrina Calley, Donavan Kubiak, Michael Allen, Timothy Hendricks, Cody James, and Chelsey James; 9 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be at Cottle Funeral Home in Troup 6pm to 8pm on Monday, December 4, 2017.
