Obituary of Russell Emery Woehl

Memorial services for Russell Emery Woehl, 61, of Arp will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 22, 2017 in Taylor Cemetery, in Taylor, with Reverend Clint Batcher officiating.    

Mr. Woehl passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at his residence. He was born September 25, 1955 in Austin to the late Gilbert Theodore Woehl, Sr. and Leona H. Filla Woehl.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in business and retired after 35 years from Alcatel-Lucent Telecommunications in Plano. He moved to Arp from Plano in 2008. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and he was a very strong Christian and a Baptist.    

Survivors include two brothers, Gilbert Theodore Woehl, Jr. and his wife Charlene Woehl of Arp, and David Woehl of Ft. Worth; three nieces and two nephews, Richard Woehl, Amanda Woehl, Amy Molder, Michael Woehl and Stephanie Puente.
