Dearest Darleen,
You were blessed to have such a wonderful man of God as your husband. Our friendship over the years will always remain some of my treasured memories. The times Bro. Bennett and I, and you and Bro. Johnny visited, and attended church services together were such good times. I'm truly sorry for the loss of Uncle Johnny. Our hearts go out to you all. Losing a parent is the one of the hardest life trials that only with God we can deal with that loss and its still very hard to bare. You are in our thoughts and prayers. I loved this man. I knew him since I was a child. My Daddy and later I was a customer of his at Pope and Turner. He would always greet you with a smile and a handshake. I also witnessed his preaching. My family went to Grace Herald for a while and his love of God was so apparent. We loved to hear him sing about our Savior. God bless his beautiful wife Darleen. Johnny was for sure a good and faithful servant. I know deep in my heart he is with Jesus. Thank you Johnny for your love and friendship you showed me and my family. May you Rest In Peace.
