Obituary of Wanda Fay Frick

Funeral services for Wanda Frick, 80, of Troup, will be held 3:00 pm, Monday, July 10, 2017 at Whitehouse Church of Christ with Jay Lockhart officiating. Interment will follow at Whitehouse Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Wanda passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Tyler. She was born October 20, 1936 in Troup to the late Jasper Emmett Adams and Mamie Jewell Brown Adams. She was a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother and a Scout leader for 2 generations of her children, PTA-Ramey Elementary School, Tyler and a member of NRA (National Rifle Association).

Survivors include her husband, David Frick of Troup; children, Jerry Frick of Troup, Terry Frick and wife Kim Sue of Tyler, Jeannie Ross and husband Kelly of Monument, Colorado and Mark Frick and wife Melissa of Chandler; niece, Cyndie Wagner of Brownsboro;  nephew, Bill Wright of Tyler; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews; in-laws and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends and loved ones, Monday, July 10, 2017 from 1:30-3:00 pm, prior to the service, at Whitehouse Church of Christ.

Pallbearers will be Todd Kempton, Eric Fiqueroa, Roy Morgan, Chris Hollenshead, Mike Steel and Lavega Parker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to: Arms of Hope, 21300 Hwy 16 North, Medina, Texas 78055.
