Obituary of Dudley Keith Murray

Funeral services for Dudley Keith Murray, 55, of Troup, will be at 3:00 Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Reverend Benny Portwood officiating. Interment will follow at Union Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.

Dudley Murray passed away Thuraday, July 6, 2017 in Tyler. He was born August 4, 1961 in Overton to the late Jack Kenneth Murray and Betty Jo Davis Murray. He was a rancher and loved working with his cattle and enjoyed spending his time fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Betty Murray.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Murray of Troup; children, Justin Murray & Laci of Tyler, Whitney McCalister and Jarrad of Troup, Brandy Murray and Britt Austin of Troup; brother, Jackie Murray & wife Lela of Troup; two grandchildren, Emori McCalister and Lillian Austin.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at Cottle Funeral Home Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 7- 9 pm.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Mason, Chris Witt, Melton Wright, Matt Boshears, Ricky Arellano, Darren “Dallas” Perry, and Chance Wimberly.

Honorary Pallbearers are Billy Witt, Billy Melton, Ted Johnson, and Tony Dana.
