Obituary of Shirley Jean Gruich

     Shirley Jean Gruich, 78, died on May 30th, 2017 in San Antonio, Tx.  She was born on Nov. 11, 1938 in Wright City, Tx., the daughter of Odell and Hazel Gill.  Shirley was a graduate of Leverett's Chapel High School and Texas Women's University.  She devoted her life to teaching young people.

    She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michael and Angela Ross of San Antonio; two grandchildren, Amanda and Dean; two brothers, Charles Gill and family, Tyler, TX; Gary Gill, Pitner's Junction, and one sister, Bobbie Ruffridge and family, Cocoa, Fl.

    A brief graveside ceremony was held on Monday, June 5th, 2017.  She can now rest in peace in God's arms.
