Obituary of Wanda Dale Stephens

Services for Wanda Dale Stephens, 62, Arp, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 15, in the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mason Cemetery, Arp. Mrs. Stephens passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at her residence in Arp. She was born August 10, 1954 in Longview to the late Thomas Lee Bozarth and Ardell Higgingbotham Bozarth. She has been a resident of Arp for 34 years and married James Norman Stephens January 10, 1970 in Gregg County. She was a homemaker and loved to shop. She enjoyed her flowers and her dog. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, James Stephens of Arp; three children, Rhonda Stephens, David Stephens and Brandi Stephens, all of Arp; her mother, Ardell Bozarth of White Oak; two brothers, Danny Bozarth of Union Grove, and Kenny Bozarth of Gladewater; nine grandchildren, James Stephens, Keri Stephens, Joshua Stephens, Tristan Stephens, Kristan Stephens, Tagger Stephens, Sarah Stephens, Kaleb Stephens and Nathanuel Anderson; five great grandchildren, Emma Stephens. Rowdy Stephens, Elizabeth Stephens, Eli Stainback, and Selena Stephens; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Troy Fergusons, James Stephens, Joshua Stephens, Tristan Stephens, Tagger Stephens, and Kaleb Stephens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, March 14.
