Obituary of Geraldine H. Brown

Funeral services for Geraldine H. Brown, 86 of Henderson, will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson with Reverend Bill Kuykendall officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup. Geraldine Brown passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016. She was born on April 24, 1929 to the late George Lloyd Hill and Eva Howard Hill in Borger, Texas. Geraldine was a die-hard OU fan and enjoyed watching old western movies on tv. She loved her little dog Coco and treasured her time spent with family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Brown; her parents, seven siblings and son, Rick Brown. She is survived by two sons, Gerald Brown of Henderson and Jack Brown of the Philippines; two sisters, Christine Bolt of Lone Star and Myrna Hill of Houston; seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends and loved ones Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Cottle Funeral Home in Troup. Online registration and condolences are available at www.cottlefuneralhome.com
