To all the Osburn family: I met Neil, Jim Kenneth, George, and Mary Alice when I was about 12 while visiting my Aunt Belle. Neil was possibly the very nicest kid I had ever met and that entire family gave me encouragement to always remember what a family is all about. Neil and I were just a few months apart in age and had some really fun days growing up when I visited in the Summers. I saw him a few times over the years at Osburn reunions and never saw him without a smile. You were blessed living your daily lives with him in it. Norma and I know his light will always burn bright in your memories and your knowing exactly where he is now--safe and secure, and waiting for your eternal visit.

Jean, I just wanted to express my heartfelt sorry for your loss. Neil was always so kind and seemed to always have a smile on his face. You both have always been so kind to me and extended friendship for years past. May the Lord fill you and the family with memories to comfort you for the days ahead. Cindi

So sorry for your loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. I think of he and Jean always being at Joey's baseball and basketball games and how they were such proud grandparents. He will be missed by many people.

Very rarely do you meet someone that seems to make others feel better just by their presence. Neil was just such a joy. Our years of dancing with Jean & Neil will always be a wonderful memory. Hope the angels will play some lively music for him to dance in heaven!
