DATELINE: TROUP NAME: STACI ALLEN Memorial services for Staci Allen, 41, of Troup will be held at Cottle Funeral Home Chapel in Troup, on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 11:00 am. Ms. Allen passed away on July 24, 2015 in Tyler. She was born on September 6, 1973 in Tyler, Texas to the late Chester L. Palmer and Ms. Evie Rayford Palmer. Staci was a machine operator at McElroy Plastics in Troup and a life long resident of the East Texas area. Ms. Allen was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include 2 sons, Tre Allen of Tyler and Trent Allen of Troup; her mother, Evie Rayford Palmer, Troup; 2 brothers, Rodney Palmer and wife Michelle of Troup and Scott Palmer of Troup; 1 niece, Bailey Palmer, Troup; 2 nephews, Brent and Austin Palmer both of Troup.
