Obituary of Margie Inman
Services for Margie Inman, 67, New London, are scheduled for 10:00 am., Tuesday, January 4, at the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home chapel, Overton. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near New London.
Mrs. Inman died, Friday, December 31, 2010, at her residence. She was born May 24, 1943, in Henderson to Curtis and Willie Mae Rogers Sullivan. She married Samuel Ray Inman March 3, 1958, in Rusk County. She lived most of her life in New London.
She was a homemaker and a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Overton.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Hamlet on November 19, 2005, and by her husband of 49 years, Samuel Ray Inman, September 8, 2007 and by her father, Curtis Sullivan.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John E. and Robbin Inman, Mounds, Oklahoma; her mother, Willie Mae Sullivan, New London; brother, Joseph Thomas Sullivan, New London; sister and brother-in-law, Earlene and Billy Higginbotham, Arp; three grandchildren, Samantha Hamlet, Heather Michelle Inman, and John Justin Inman; a grand-son-in-law, Chris Fleming; numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, at the funeral home.
